THE GRETA EFFECT

"I want you to act as if the house is on fire,  because it is."  - Greta Thunberg "N o one is too small to make a difference," this is the message Greta Thunberg is striving to impart through her life. This Swedish school girl is barely 16. Yet, she can pierce our collective  conscience as no other leader - be it political or be it spiritual - can do.  You and I are busy with our own things, mostly trying to secure our future by amassing wealth. Greta says, 'Our house is on fire... Act!" She says, that our governments and leaders give their fairy-tale speeches, while robbing off the children's future... The Greta effect is showing its ripple effect. Millions and millions of people, across the the world - little ones and grown-ups, ordinary citizens and tall leaders - yes, she has shaken them up all. Just as  she says, "We (little children)are watching you," the world and its tall leaders...

WHERE WILL THE BIRDS SLEEP TONIGHT?

“A frog does not drink up the pond in which it lives.” - American Indian proverb B ut, a man does! Last couple of days, there have been some new visitors in our colony: Snakes! Now, you know how it is when we sight a snake – whether it is a cobra, viper, python or a rat-snake – in our colonies! As some remain busy with dialing the snake-catcher’s number or as some overzealous on-looker tries to either kill or shoo away the snake… some have already shot a video and it is ‘telecast’ in the society group. So, all of us, who are away from home, get to know the snake status… “Is he still there?”… “Is he caught?”… “Is he killed?...  Is he gone?” By the way, where will he go, if you chase him from our colony? To the neibouring colony… And, when they chase him from there? To another colony, obviously... Of course, if he is alive, that is. If he is caught by a responsible snake-catcher, perhaps, the snake may end up landing in a...
