JUST BECAUSE IT ISN'T HAPPENING RIGHT NOW











Hope, Faith… The more I face the challenges and uncertainties of Life, the more I get convinced that these words are not some hollow words. For right reasons, people, who cared for us, have ingrained these words in our minds and hearts… Imagine, the state of our lives, had this not happened!


Every morning brings for all of us a fresh challenge or two… Some of them are really tough, really painful. God, prayer and grace… everything hinges on Hope and Faith. When we conclude, “Everything happens for our good,” or “Everything has a reason,” or “All things eventually settle,” or “This, too, shall pass,” or “Let go and let God in,” yes, we are able to conclude so, only because of our Hope and Faith.


History is an open chapter. No storm, tsunami, earthquake or hurricane, no civil war or World War, no dictator or despot… no matter how insurmountable and scary they might have seemed, at one point of time… yes, all of them came with a ‘shelf-life’. When Time and Tide changed, the dictators and despots got wiped off just like dots of dirt… a Hitler, A Saddam Hussein, a Osama Bin Laden, a Prabhakaran or a Bindranwale… The same way, pass every storm, tsunami, floor, earthquake, hurricane and war…


Life lives, eternally… And, that’s why we need Hope and Faith…


Life gently reminds us, “Just hang on, a little more… Just hold the fort, a little longer!”


Yesterday, a dear friend of mine sent to me this lovely Good-morning message:

“Just because it isn’t happening right now
doesn’t mean it never will.”


How true!


To me, that’s Hope, that’s Faith… And yes, what will happen will be Grace… I should accept it, to find my peace!

Pic.; Ashwin Mohta M y Hindi was always bad. It still is. One reason for this was, that they introduced Hindi for us only in 6 th standard. Or, was it in 8 th ? I don’t remember… I only remember struggling to write and read… leave alone speak!
