THAT'S HOW IT HAS BEEN, ALWAYS...

There is a process through which the fragile glass is turned into ‘toughened’ one...

There is a process through which pig iron is turned into shining steel...

There is a process through which the clay becomes a beautiful pot in a potter’s hands…

And, yes, there is a process, through which the log of a tree, cut high up in the mountain-jungles, is expected to become tough wood by the time it reaches the low-land down.

Tough things become tough because they have to pass through tough tests…

Likewise, tough people become tough because they have to pass through tough times!

Well, we know all these…

That, we need to have great patience, trust, persistence and commitment to find precious diamond in black coal!

That, trees don’t give fruits the very day they are planted… we have to wait, trust, hope and of course, care…

That, a woman has to conceive and wait for nine long months… with love, trust, hope and prayer… bear the pain… before she is blessed with the beautiful baby…

That, the baby, once comes… will not become a man or a woman right away! It has to pass through all the stages the Nature has indented it to.

That, the learning and wisdom of a man comes over years and years of living…

That, life’s pleasant experiences alone are not sufficient… to make him a ‘man’…

That, like the log cut in the jungles of high mountains and thrown into the rivers gushing down to the low-lands, the man has to be thrown into the river of life: getting battered along, getting very, very tough by the time he reaches his home!

That’s how it has been always…

for every one and every thing…

That’s how the Nature has intended

all things to be…

“Sorry dear, you can not by-pass this route: of waiting, trusting, hoping and all along getting the hard blows you are supposed to take,” I heard the gentle breeze reminding me, today.

“Fair enough, Sir,” I said with my folded hands.
