WE SHARE THE SAME SOUL

“Hello Sir, can you do me a favour? Can you please send me a small video of
you wishing Tanmay on his b’day? He will be completing 12 today. I want to give
him a surprise!”
This was from Tanmay’s
mother, a while ago.
Well, I have a
lot to say on Tanmay’s special day. Saying through a video is, certainly, not
the way God has blessed me to do it with. So, here I am doing it in my own
God-given way…
DISCOVER YOUR
OWN SPECIAL WAY:
May that be the
first nice lesson, dear Tanmay. In life, you can do things in your own
God-given way… You have to discover it. The way I discovered mine.
Look at this l’le
champ. Just think: How he must’ve discovered what he had to do, and what advice
he had to give to strangers on the streets: ‘Don’t forget to show love’.
WE SHARE THE
SAME SOUL:
This is a
priceless lesson, dear. It’s the finest education of your heart…and, you do not
depend on schools and parents to teach you this. “We all share the same soul.” What
a humbling lesson to learn from these two little girls… Seeing this goodness in
all around us – regardless of their color, class, caste, gender, abilities, age
etc. – is something that will make you a fine gentleman in life. Yes, we all
are the children of the same God… and, yes, we all share the same soul’!
HELP QUIETLY:
Trust me… This
is one of the toughest things to do in life. We all do help others, in small
ways and big ways… Yes, I agree. But, helping others is always an act of
kindness, which should be carried out quietly. The moment you try to show-off, it
loses its warmth and gentleness. Jesus Christ said: “Let your left hand not
know what your right hand gives.” Look at this young man’s gesture:
YOU ARE NEVER
TOO SMALL TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE’S LIFE:
Open your l’le
heart… who knows, you may be able to give new life to someone. The more you
shut your heart, the poorer you become. Have you ever wondered what makes us
hug someone? And, when we do, how it feels? Look at this l’le angel, and see how
powerful and magical our genuine love and hugs can be. Yes, you are never too
small to make a difference in someone’s life… Your one hug may save someone's life... Who knows?
CHOOSE TO SEE
THE BEAUTY IN THIS WORLD:
In this fast and
furious world of technology and social media, we are constantly fed with all the negativity.
We tend to react more, trust less, love less, hope less, bond less. That’s not
the kind of world we must create for ourselves… That’s not the kind of life we should
desire to live. This world has, and will always have, more goodness than vice… Choose
to see the beauty in this world… That’s an amazing attitude. Listen to this song:
So, my dear boy,
as you walk into your teenage, walk with these fine lessons tucked nicely in
your young heart. The old advice still makes sense:
“Life
is an ice-cream; enjoy it before it melts.”
Loads of love
and wishes on your b’day.
