It is okay, if the person I first met this morning 

Was the one I did not want to see,

If the voice that I first heard this morning 

Was the one I did not want to hear,

If the thought that I first bore this morning 

Was the one I did not want to bear…




It is okay, if people are not kind,
 
If business is down,

If trust seems shaken,

If promise looks bleak…




It is okay, if there is no work to do, 
 
No goal to chase,
 
No point to prove…




It is okay, if someone wants to 

Take away my throne,

My kingdom, 

My fame,

My name,

My fear...



 
It is okay, if happiness is mute,
If patience is deaf,

 And, if love is blind...




It is okay, if faith is a hard rock,
If success is just a long walk,

And, if forgiveness is my heart’s only wish!




It is okay, if healing is within,

Peace is within, 

God is within, 

Life is within….




It is okay…

It is okay…

It is, really, okay!

Pic.; Ashwin Mohta M y Hindi was always bad. It still is. One reason for this was, that they introduced Hindi for us only in 6 th standard. Or, was it in 8 th ? I don’t remember… I only remember struggling to write and read… leave alone speak!
